CONGRATULATE ME GUYS
my PM today conveyed to me that I have been officialy made a TEAM LEAD!!!!!!!
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
For the past 6 months my role was that of a TL but officially my designation was SSE.
From today onwards I am a proper TL and welllll what else can I say but that How Happy Am I..
Its a major step for me in the carrer ladder.
BUt yeah I have to learn a lot yet.
The past 6 months has taught me lots already but I know that I am no where in the skilled level as far as management is concerned.
I am going to learn friends.
